Free consultation – we never charge for a consultation to discuss what your needs are and determine if our program is a good fit for you. We do not ask for your credit card info up front.

We understand and appreciate that everyone is different – We are a small, independent company. The two of us started this business to help others. We have both used this program, see our about us page. We understand that everyone is different and we want to help you address all of your concerns. We want to get to know you – you will always speak directly to one of the two of us. 

We are here when you need us – We believe that as your providers we should be accessible and available. We are happy to talk with you by phone, email, or text anytime.  We encourage our patients to reach out anytime they have a question, concern, or need some reassurance. No more sending a message to the office and hoping for a reply later in the week. We just don’t operate that way. 

Live online support group meetings – starting again this Fall. In addition to our large, private Facebook community we also do online live meetings via Zoom where you can meet others, get support, share ideas, tips and just feel like part of a community without fear of judgment.
