How Prescriptions Work
Most medications are sent to your preferred retail pharmacy, where you can:
- Use your insurance
- Pay cash
- Apply GoodRx or other pharmacy coupons
Some medications, such as testosterone for women, are ordered through trusted compounding pharmacies to ensure proper dosing and customization. These prescriptions are tailored specifically to your needs.
We choose the option that makes the most sense for you — clinically and financially.
Why we don't bill insurance
Insurance Isn’t Designed for Personalized Care
- Insurance-based treatment focuses on managing disease, not optimizing wellness
- Insurance restricts testing and treatment options
- Providers are overloaded by insurance requirements, leaving less time for care
- You usually end up spending just as much (and often more) in copays, labs, and out-of-pocket expenses—with less personalized care
how Cash-Pay Care Lets Us Treat
You
- We can focus on optimizing your health now, not just managing illness later
- You have access to Bioidentical & Compounded Hormone Options that are safer and more effective
- More flexibility and control over your treatment plan.
- Transparent pricing – You know exactly what you’re paying for
- We can treat YOU, not a lab value
- Better access and communication – when you need it.
This Program Is for You If…..
- You’ve been told your labs are normal but still don’t feel like yourself
- You’re tired of feeling like you have to fight to get someone to listen to your concerns
- You want treatment that is right for YOU as an individual and is determined by you and your Provider
- You want natural, bioidentical hormone therapy—not synthetic versions
Women's Hormone Therapy F.A.Q
We don’t bill insurance for services or medications. This allows us to treat you based on what’s best—not what insurance will allow. Most insurance plans don’t cover bioidentical hormones anyway. All pricing is upfront, transparent, and cash-pay.
Most patients begin to notice improvements within 2 to 6 weeks, with continued benefits over several months. Every body is different, and we’ll adjust your plan based on how you feel and your lab results.
Bioidentical hormones are designed to match the structure of your body’s natural hormones. Many women prefer them because they tend to be better tolerated and can be more precisely dosed than traditional hormone therapy. Our treatments are personalized—not one-size-fits-all.
Current research shows that properly managed hormone therapy does not increase cancer risk for most women. In fact, it can have protective benefits for bone, brain, and heart health. We carefully evaluate your personal risk factors and use the safest, evidence-based approach for you.
You Don’t Have to Settle for Feeling “Off”
If you’re struggling with low energy, mood swings, weight gain, poor sleep, or low libido—your hormones might be the missing piece.
