Which compounding pharmacy fills your prescription depends on the state you live in, and pricing follows the pharmacy.

Choose your state below.

Semaglutide

  • Getting started: $250 for your first 7 weeks — about $36/week
  • Ongoing, standard fills: $250–$515 per fill, about $42–$64/week depending on your dose
  • Extended fills (12–14 weeks): about $34–$56/week — lower cost per week, fewer refills
  • Maintenance, once you’re at goal: from $225 per 12 weeks, about $19/week

Tirzepatide

  • Getting started: $369 for your first 8 weeks — about $46/week
  • Ongoing, standard fills: $335–$419 per fill, about $56–$105/week depending on your dose

Semaglutide

  • Getting started: $290 for your first 7 weeks — about $41/week

Tirzepatide

  • Getting started: $425 for your first 7 weeks — about $61/week
  • Ongoing, standard fills: $425–$499 per fill, weeks supply and cost depends on your dose
  • Maintenance, once you’re at goal: from $375 per 12 weeks, about $31/week

Why we quote per week. Fills run different lengths, so the per-week number is the clearest way to compare them. A $300 fill that lasts six weeks costs more per week than a $500 fill that lasts twelve — and per-week is what you’re actually spending to stay in treatment, medication and care included.

The care is identical in every state we serve. Same provider, same dose adjustments, same side effect management, same nutrition and lifestyle coaching, same access to us between visits. What differs is the compounding pharmacy that fills your prescription, and pharmacy pricing isn’t the same in every state.

F.A.Q.

Answers to some of the most common questions about our weight loss program

Yes, when prescribed and monitored by a qualified medical provider, GLP-1 medications are considered a safe and effective option for weight loss. These medications have been widely used to help regulate blood sugar and appetite. As with any treatment, we monitor you closely and adjust your plan based on how your body responds.

Results vary, but most patients lose 1–3 pounds per week, especially when medications are combined with nutrition, movement, and mindset changes. Many of our patients have lost 100+ pounds—with the right support and consistency.

While GLP-1 medications were originally developed for blood sugar management and are now widely used for weight loss, many patients also experience additional benefits.

The most common health benefits reported by the patients in our own practice over the past four years include:

  • Reduced inflammation, which may benefit those with autoimmune conditions
  • Lower blood pressure and improved cholesterol
  • Improvements in liver function markers and reduced signs of fatty liver
  • Kidney support, especially in patients with diabetes or high blood pressure
  • Better symptom control in patients with PCOS, including more regular cycles and reduced cravings

More stable blood sugar and improved insulin sensitivity—even in non-diabetics

The most common side effects are nausea, constipation, fatigue, or decreased appetite—usually temporary as your body adjusts. We use personalized dosing and supportive supplements to minimize side effects and improve tolerance.

Weight regain is possible without continued lifestyle changes. That’s why we combine GLP-1s with coaching, nutrition guidance, and behavior support to help you build habits that last—even after you stop the medication.

Yes, for compounded medication. We work with different compounding pharmacies depending on where you live, and pharmacy pricing isn’t the same across states. Semaglutide starts at about $36/week no matter which state you’re in. At higher doses, and for our extended 12- and 14-week fills, Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado pricing runs lower. Everything else — your provider, your visits, dose adjustments, side effect support, coaching — is exactly the same wherever you live. Call or text us at (573) 282-7552 and we’ll walk you through your state.

Medicare’s GLP-1 Bridge program covers certain brand-name GLP-1 medications for a $50 monthly copay through December 2027, and we handle the whole process — eligibility review, your visit, and the prior authorization. Our screening is free.

Sometimes.

Brand name medications can sometimes be covered by insurance. Check with your insurance plan. Be sure to ask specifically if they cover the medication for weight loss.

Compounded medications are never covered by insurance.

Brand-name medications come directly from major pharmaceutical companies and are filled at your local or mail-order pharmacy.
Compounded medications are customized versions made by accredited compounding pharmacies. The FDA does not approve compounded medications, however, compounding pharmacies are regulated and have to comply with strict federal and state guidelines.

Absolutely. We’re not just here to hand you a prescription. Ongoing support is tailored to you. You can reach out to us at any time with questions or for guidance and support. We also offer nutrition and lifestyle coaching at no additional cost.
