Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. Unfortunately insurance almost never covers medications for weight loss or hormone therapy. When they do offer some coverage the criteria to qualify are frequently very difficult to meet and the copay can sometimes be double the cost of our medications. Not using insurance allows us to treat the individual and to help our clients get what they need.

What states do you serve?

We currently treat patients in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, & New Mexico.

Do you have an office?

We see patients at our office in Bonne Terre, Missouri as well as by Telehealth.

Is there a commitment?

No, you only pay for services as you receive them. There are no monthly membership fees and no commitments.

How do I log in to my telehealth appointment?

When your appointment is scheduled you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download the Teleheath app – Healthie.

If you scheduled a video visit the directions will be in the confirmation email.

If you schedule a phone visit, I will call you.

If you have any trouble connecting at the time of your appointment, you can call us at
